A dad whose daughter died after she was hit by a car remains very unhappy three years after the young woman’s death.

Reason is he’s only getting a £5,000 no-blame compensation settlement.

The pay out can’t even cover the cost of the woman’s burial and no one will be blamed for her death.

Further more, no win, no fee solicitors won’t even take his claims case to civil courts since the settlement could hamper chances of success.
